SevenStock-15: TRACK DAY REGISTRATION

Alright!!! For all those that screamed, cried, and begged for a SevenStock track event, here it is! We've done our part, now lets see you all do yours! Get on over and register before this thing fills up. We're hoping to get a huge RX on-track turnout to represent! Let's make it happen!

Here is the SevenStock Track registration information. This is for all those who want to run the TRACK DAY portion of SevenStock... NOT the show, parade laps or anything else. Full Track Day ONLY!

Go on over to the link below and register for the SevenStock track day.

SEVENSTOCK TRACK REGISTRATION

NOTE: In the Discount Code Box, make sure to type mazfest... this is very important to get the proper event discount.

BASIC TRACK EVENT INFORMATION
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
SevenStock on the track portion will be held on the "Big Track" at Willow Springs Raceway. This 2.5 mile road course has 9 turns and appreciable elevation changes. This is the fastest track in the West! It offers a great track going experience. If you’re looking for that high-speed thrill, this is the track for you! XtremeSpeed, our track operator, will have plenty of instruction for beginners, and lap timing available.
Arrival time: 7:00am-7:30am
Drivers Meeting: 8:15AM (all drivers)
*Full schedule will be available at the track
PRICES:
$125 for the full day event ($110 after you enter the mazfest discount code)
$20 for lap timing (FREE after you enter the mazfest discount code)
$10 for Helmet Rental
One-on-one high performance driving instruction $50 (individual all day)
This event is a self-tech event. It is your responsibility to make sure your car is safe for the race track. You must fill this Tech Inspection Form out and turn it in at registration.
Be sure to download a Tech Inspection Form
Willow Springs Raceway imposes a $10 per person track gate fee. Please be prepared to pay this fee.
Hey Bern what is the maximum entry limit number of cars for track day? Also is there a cutoff date to register or is it when you reach the maximum number of cars allowed? I am working on a FB that might be ready by then.
honroc: once the spots fill up, that's it. We're about 2/3 towards the limit of 100 cars so hopefully that FB is ready soon and you can grab a spot
Crap I have to install my oil cooler(s). So what kind of speeds are you guys getting on this track with street tires and 300-400 whp, 2800-3000 lbs wet (no driver)? Every thing I read about it says it's "fast". I've seen some pretty nutty vids but you can never tell how fast they are going. I just hope everyone's brakes and engine fluids are ready to get hot.
I just signed up. Its my first time, so I hope I don't embarass myself. haha. I would of loved to take my FD, but it won't be done. But I've always wanted to see what it's like on the track, so I figured I'd take the 8 instead. Should be fun.
I'd love to sign up for this but my FD isn't in any condition to be tracked. Can we at least take ride-alongs?
great to hear Monkey, I hope you guys enjoy the Track portion of the event, I think it's a fun new dynamic for people who have attended SS in the past
you're welcome.
we do it for you guys so as long as we keep getting record attendance and there's demand for it, SevenStock will forever live on
ha, I don't think you'll have any problems with that.
Willow Springs no long allows ride alongs since they recently had an incident that left a passenger paralyzed.
HOWEVER, we have gotten an exception to that for the Mazdatrix cars who will be offering free ride alongs all day in their race cars.
these are on a first come first serve basis and sign ups start as soon as the event opens so make sure to get your name on the list.
Monkey D... thank you for contributing to the success here.
As we suspected, there were not 100s of enthusiast signing up for the track, but the 50 or so RXers that have signed up make it a pleasure. This is a test run to see if we bother with this type of event in the future.
At the moment, there are less than 20 track spots left for the event. We hope to have a full sell out in the next 10 days. Don't delay if you've not signed up.
