We are coming up on SevenStock 14 and are in need of volunteers to help on the morning of the event.

1)Come to a meeting for the volunteers to go over what is going on.(date/place TBD)

Sorry, Glen, no hi res available. These are works commissioned for the Event and we wouldn't want anyone printing the artwork on mugs, pens, and baby bottles ... yet.. = )

In order to expedite the morning. I am going to give out some instructions, because I will be the 2nd person you will meet Saturday Morning. 1st Person will direct you to the payment lines, where our Payment Collection Crew will be.

You will tell me INSIDE or OUTSIDE, pay ( CASH ONLY!) and I will hand you an ENTRY CARD and WRISTBANDS to get into the Venue.

PLEASE FOLLOW THE DIRECTION OF OUR PARKING STAFF AT THE STAGING LOT.

Easy!

One more note: Folks, please practice backing up your Rotary!!! Backing up at an angle, or backing up perpendicular. Find an empty parking lot and practice, you don't want to be THAT guy/girl holding up the line when we are rolling to the show area.
