That was a before pic.. All components have been pulled except LIM... One Screw has a J-Spec LIM that will be installed soon...

is he getting the lim coated also, it also be good if he adds some exhaust wrap to it.

YES... He is coating the UIM, LIM and back housing. Down pipe is already wrapped and he has a turbo blanket....
