SC Spring/Summer Steve Kan tuning anyone?

Alright fella's, its going to be heating up soon and i think some of us are going to need a fresh tune. If anyone close to South Carolina is interested (like I am) to have Steve Kan tune their car sometime before the beginning summer/end of spring, please make a tuning session thread, figure out a date that works best for everyone, and go ahead and make plans for him to come. We could maybe even use one of the dyno's close to Charleston for the tuning? I'm in Columbia, but i'm not sure of any good dyno's around here besides i think CPR may have one and Spooled Motorsports maybe? Just a thought, but if anyone else is interesed please chime in!

Thanks,
Zach

Yeah i've been told Ray Wilson is a VERY good Rotary tuner. I thought about setting something up with him, although at the same time he is All the way ^up^ in MD... Not saying his knowledge for tuning RX-7's isn't worth the trip, but i'd rather drive somewhere a little closer to home. Plus most people seem to be pretty pleased with Steve's work.

I may be in. With luck, I'll either have an E6K or an E8 that'll need some fine tuning.

you need to get 5 deposits of $200 sent to him and a date picked out for him to lock something in. im not doing anything until my car is running, broken in, and all the bugs worked out. that way it will hit the dyno get tuned and get off.

So is this the new scrx7club hangout thread? lol.

Its been dead the past few months, no one coming to meets, talking, posting, etc.
Anyway, its nice to see something brewing again. I think. ha.

Masin, thats fine as I am the same way. My motor is in the process of being rebuilt, but it "should" be done soon. I was planning on somewhere around mid-end of March to have it running again. Like you, I will still need to break it in (the right way) and make sure i have all the bugs worked out as well.

This thread was just to get an idea of who all might be interested for possibly the upcoming "Spring/Summer." And to see if we had enough interests for Steve to come. Hopefully once we all have our cars ready we can make something happen! I just thought it would be a good idea to plan ahead.

And I guess you 'could' make this the new SCRX-7Club hangout thread if you Really wanted to... haha, jk. But seriously lets make sure we plan something in advance!

Thanks guys,
Zach

Nope. Not me. I'm looking to be a vendor soon, but I probably won't be doing rebuilds.
