makes you wonder just look at friscos car, worked fine when he pulled up, fried injectors, busted shaft and other problems when he left?
on another note, been alittle sick the past couple of days, but they moved the chucktown job to next weekend, so im down for a meet this weekend if you guys are? really depends on how i feel. what is the deal.

Hello, my car is doing fine again, doing the hard part of brake in the engine, LOL, we are doing two more FD's and i will have surgery onfriday so i will not be able to attend the meeting this weekend but are more welcome to visit me and help Carlos with the Yellow FD, if we get the new rotors in this weekend

sounds good to me, hope the surgery goes well my man. lemme tell you i am SO damn sick of hospitals its not funny. i wanna stop by and check out Carlos' 1st gen. and maybe get alittle carb tuning done, mine needs it bad.

im back and still walking so the surgery whent well so far, one for sale ill let you know when i find one "rare this days" unless he goes to the for sale in the forum and start looking for a good one, i dont recomend auto trader or ebay for a car, stop buy to see Carlos car and all the goodies in boxes for it, LOL

well, just want to know about plans for next months meet. since we couldnt get up this month for this one.
May i suggest a Sunday meet, cuz 3rd sundays the autocross will be going down out on Hutchinson Island? i know it starts early( for participants) but runs till noon time. and since we'll be right there at Sav anyway might be a good time to meet up.

i started the gsl last night and it is running on both rotors... now i have a problem with the transmission.. it does not want to go into gear while the car is running... i hope it will be something easy like maybe a stuck throw out bearing... we will see as the story plays out... btw darth posted a pic of it under water on another thread, was something about wrecking a fb on the way to work...

i will be going to the nopi nationals in sept. ... the show is on the 16th and 17th (saturday and sunday).. i will be possiblly leaving on the evening of the 12th or the morning of the 13th (tuesday or wednesday)... i will be helping a friend of mine finish his car for the show as i do every year... it is always a lot of work but the last few years we've had pretty good success... last year yeilded a first place (mazda p5 wild catagory), not to shaby... let me know if anybody else is planning on going.... late

dave is my cousin in hotlanta for those of you that don't know this... he is a long time member of this forum and has been a active member of the atlanta chapter rx-7 club for many years now... he has also owned many 7's of all gens., and his most resent third gen. was destroyed this week end... he had registered for the nopi nationals already and was having some work done by a friend at his house... some kid in his first gen. pulled into the driveway and got out, and his e-brake didn't hold... his car rolled back on the incline and crushed the front clip of dave newly painted third gen.!!!

The FD is already apart and r71 is painting it again. Doubt it is ready for NOPI though. The Impala WILL be ready though in time.

we've had a wonderful holiday weekend so far; i have been at the hospital with my son all night after having him throwing up the past two nights... he has a stomach virous and is dehidrated... we might have to stay another night before they let him come home... looks like i won't get to work on the 7 this weekend..

there is quite a big club in the Atl already, they normally meet up on the 1st thursday of the month at the Varsity on peachtree. really hard to make it up there for the meets cuz its on a weekday and 4 hours away.
