started my car on sat. and it seems to be running on one rotor... hopefully it will only be a problem with the ignition system...

 

is all good, got the old studs out and the engine is in today, awaiting in another fuel rail with more injectors and a summit racing fitting "-4 to 14mm" for the oil feed line, and 1500 miles of pure joy with no boost, race, dyno time.....just like Michael, LOL

 

fjd- did you reuse your old seals or did you get new?

 

just a little info, incase anyone is free, on saturday, there is a big S.C. meet in charleston on Sat. at 1 pm. Juan and i are going (Gabes g/f wont let him) so if you wanna caravan lemme know

i stopped by franciscos over the weekend and his car is up and running good... sounded really good to! carlos was there working on another local third gen with francisco.. these guys got it going on.... how about posting the site of the new motor running francisco.. late

was kinda nice cuz there were no 3rd gens, dont get me wrong but 8 cars, 4 1st and 4 2nd gens looked badazz going down the road.

darth- sounds like you had a good time.. if you want to see a bad azz first gen. you need to get with carlos and check out his turboed fb before he takes it apart to build up his third gen. motor swap...

Dana - see what they want to sell the dyno for. Maybe I should put one in a building in the backyard. Get the model number, etc. on it.

 

dont think i can make this meet this weekend guys. gotta work in chucktown over the weekend, which i dont mind. the almighty girlfriend agreed any overtime i make goes towards the car WOOHOO!

dave- i don't think they are getting rid of their dyno they just won't be tuning anymore.. i hate to think it is because they didn't know what they were doing...
