So uh, explain to us again how it happened that you put the shiny side down? I mean, that looks like a fairly straight/level section of road there.

IN any case I hope you get better soon. I would not let the car go to a junkyard though, buy it back and either part it out or sell it whole to someone who will.
Yea i was thinking about that stereo,

It is allways sad to hurt your baby, but there are many more 7's and only one you

**** man. I have been keeping up w/ that car every time you posted something about it. I always liked it (even tho not really a fan of verts)... I really admired how incredibly clean and well built it was.

That's some tough **** to go through, I can't imagine. But thankfully you are still alive b/c if I saw that car and didn't know any better; I would presume a fatality. **** man, hate that happened to you but you are very lucky.

Damn man, glad your alright, cars can be fixed and replaced people cant. and this is a reason why I really.. dislike my vert sometimes.. Nothing up top to keep your head from getting ripped off.. But like i said.. your alright, but cars can be replaced.
Keep anything you can worth any value or of use.

Damn man!! I hope you recover quickly. That was one of my favorite verts. Damn, at least you are OK, and the car can be replaced. But definitely get what is left and either keep/part out.

Good luck, best wishes.

Also, are you coming out of the vert game? Also, what happen to the other people and can you sue the county for the construction?

Dayum dude, at least you are alive and yes, you can build another vert, like the others have said, dont let the junker keep it, seems like you can make some money off the parts. Engine, gauges, tranny, FMIC. even the hood still looks to be of use.

Hope you recover quick and get that car home so you can have a lets stip the very party. I am sure you can find a good shell somewhere.
Good luck

I am also with ya on a roll bar in a vert for sure!!!!
Heck I would put a roll bar in all my rotaries if I could do it with out cutting the plastics.

I'm sure its not the first thing on your mind right now, but there is an 88 vert here local that I could pick up for 500 bucks or less I'd say. The paint is very rough (red) but the body/top appear to be decent, though I havent looked at it up close. Let me know if it would help you out.

As in a TII AE86? That would be a very fun car.

There's a Haitian guy that works at a restaurant near my house that has a primer gray (I think it's primer) 86 that seems to be a straight car, just has regular Haitianmobile things done to it like cheap paint and chrome plastic wheel covers. That might be a potential inexpensive project base.

holy ****.... although i dont really know you, i am very very glad that you are okay, best of luck with everything!

i mean that car looked great and all, but without you, the car wouldn't be. you are still here so you can build another one if you want to.

feel better, best of luck.

That was a very dramatic and compelling story. This wasn't Luck.. It was favour ...God had his hand on you because from the looks of it didn't look like it would be something to survive. You did and it's great to know that you are ok.
