Everyone keeps telling me that I WILL get my stuff, but regardless, 900 dollars of my money is a lot of money to disappear with.

how long has it been?

i know, but technically if you paid with paypal, there is a time limit to when he has to ship. If paid other wise, get all the records and document everything and hand over copies to legal people/law enforcement.
criminal, civil, small claims is up to 5000$ i beleive, it cost you 25$ to file, but you can get your money + time, court/legal fees, etc.

also his last known address and name and info, you can look up what county he is in and look in clerk of courts and if he has a record, for other offenses[ anything] it will show up.

of course you can take care of it other ways, PI, etc.

after 30 days of the dispute (or maybe 15?) if he doesn't respond, they'll award the refund to you no questions asked.

You should be safe... If he dosent respond to the claim they will give you your money back and shut down his paypal account.

Then they will take it up with him and take measures to get him to pay him back...
From my experience working at a bank, they will put a lein on his bank account that he used to open his paypal account to get there money back.

if he has transfered the money to his bank account you will not be refunded.. they will only refund the amount of money he has in his paypal account... his account will be suspended but you wont see a dollar of your money.. this recently happed to me, not by 13bforme .. sorry
