13b4me, ship your parts already

You've had plenty of time, and you've said you would ship them out pronto. That was last week, and you haven't given me a shipping number. I had to put emissions stuff back ON to get my car running thanks to your lack of action, I need those parts.

Have you looked up 2751engineering.com?
They've got a GREAT set of block off plates for $41 shipped.... You can make them ghetto and what not, it's really not that bad... I know my friend ran his for about 4 days with DUCT TAPE... haha

I'd just make one and get your money back, and wait for 2751...... They're solid, perfectly drilled etc.

this is the annoying thing, he was shipping me the kit for $20, bolts and perfect plates and everything, not some half-*** kit a 10 year old in Cambodia cut with a rock. I WANT THE DAMNED KIT I WAS PROMISED.

This will be the second time we've seen a major stumble on 13b4me's part. Hopefully, he'll come to his senses like last time and not make this a recurring pattern.

I have been in semi good contact with alex. He had a pretty large problem recently, and is still trying to jump back onto his feet. I too have about 600 invested into him, and am waiting for my motor. He will come around, hes an honest guy.

when sellers don't respond to messages after they've dropped the ball it makes them look even worse and makes buyers angry.

Where the hell did this section come from?

My apologies for everyone who has been waiting on their parts. Most of them have been shipped and the rest are going out immediately. Also thanks to everyone who spoke good words on my behalf. I am slow sometimes, but I'm not a liar or a thief.

I need a shipping number by tomorrow or I'm filing a paypal complaint. I sent you money September 3rd, and you said you'd ship it out at least twice now.

Over 3 weeks is far too long to ship an item...

If you can't ship it within a week, don't advertise it for sale, unless you specifically mark that it won't go out until "XX-XX-XXXX".

I 2nd that!
This lame excuse of I'm soo busy just does not cut it. It's amazing how quickly the money is taken and put into their bank accounts.

For all reading. This type of selling will no longer be tolerated. My official stance on this is that I will be taking action on all those who create these type of problems on this forum!

So I have talked to him and I am wondering why its taking so long for a paypal card and why he really needs it to send the items out. I am still waiting for my stuff and want a tracking number ASAP.

Blackfc3srx7 I need you to contact me with a FULL address as soon as possible so I can get your parts out. 1529 Apt A isn't gonna work. Your parts are sitting at the shipping facility waiting for you to get me this info. Thanks!

Can we sound the trumpets yet? I've been ripped off several times on this forum totalling a couple THOUSAND dollars, and no action was taken, even after multiple people begged for something to be done. Now you want to play hero over a $20 set of blockoff plates? I mean... No offence doc.

I'm sorry that had happened to you. However I was not a mod in this section. Now that I am and have been given the authority to clean things up, I am going to do exactly that. That includes anywhere from the Scammer to the members that do not ship in a timely manner or do not communicate effectively with their buyers.

There is no reason not to ship in a timely manner or not provide members with a tracking number.

And I am not playing, "Hero". I am addressing every member that makes it difficult for others to buy on this forum.

i have to jump in but alex hasn't let me down he sent his items i ordered pretty damn quickly. and you know im not trying to make an excuse for him or anything of the sort but **** comes up and sometimes you have to take the priority over things. im sorry to hear that you had to put on your emissions crap in order to get your car to run. but you could have (which i did with someone else) asked for your money back and bought the plates from someone else who would have been more available to ship them. i did this with a forum member i needed wheels and he just wasn't available enough to ship them out so i got my money back and the same day sent the money to someone else you had them shipped the next day for me. i do not complain about someone who is just at the time unavailable to get away. no it is not an excuse but sometimes people are really to busy. and depending on where you live places close way to early and open way to late. i consider alex to be a friend of mine and to hear someone complain about something so small is ridiculous especially when i know the seller is trying to scam people

Ok the tracking #'s have been sent to both Blackfc3srx7, and SpeedOfLife. I'm not done yet. I still have to ship a few more things out, to people who luckily aren't complaining yet. Lord knows they deserve to. I know I've taken too much time to deal with this, and I can only be thankful that more people haven't bitched about my slow service. I do promise to get everything out though. That's all I can do.

And Doc...

I appreciate the fact that SOMEONE is finally stepping up to deal with the bullshit that has plagued this forum for years. Sorry for snapping at you, but it is nice to know that there's actually someone with the contitution to deal with it for a change.

In any case, more tracking #'s to come...

You apparently don't understand the responsibility that members have when they take money. It was stated on 9-12-07 that he would ship them the next day if he had forgotten. Your word is everything. Action is what counts and you guys need to learn that.

I'll post this again so you and others will realize how easy it is to ship.
1). You can use the APC (automated postal center) where available in most areas including small towns. Open 24/7. You bring your package in and weigh it and pay thru the machine just like an ATM. Put it in the deposit box and your done. This is of course for packages up to 17 inches in lenght. They even have the boxes right there(Priority mail) for free. Don't want to pay for priority mail then turn the boxes inside out and pay regular.
2). DHL, UPS, FED EX and the USPS will come to your home or work and pick the packages up for you. You don't have to be there for DHL, and others if you pre fill out their way bills and use a credt card or debit card.
This is the 21st century guys. Everyone is busy but there are many tools to use to accomplish what we need to do.

Complain about something so small? A member paid money in good faith for a part that was promised and repromised. It has nothing to do with the $ amount of the part whether it is a bolt or an engine. You take money for it then you better damn well deliver! Some of You members need a lesson in Honesty and integrity and what it is to give your word.

I'll say it again for the hearing impaired. If you sell on this forum and take someones money you better take care of business or you will be gone, PERIOD!

I'm sorry I was not there for you when you had troubles Alex. But I am here now and am commited to cleaning this up and putting our forum back to a place that members will be comfortable buying and selling. I will not apologize to those that I will have to slam or take action against to get the ball rolling. It is nothing personal. I have to look out for the well being of all members.
