This Weekend Me And Fdzero (tam) Met Up For Lunch And Snapped A Few Pic's, While Grabbing Some Grub We Pondered On The Idea Of Having A Meet Or Barbecue. If Anyone From The Panhandle With An Fd Or Any Rx7 Would Like To Try To Make This Happen Pm Me Or Tam. I Thought About Trying For Next Month Sometime While We Still Have Nice Weather.

I would be interested in meeting up with other Rotary people from the area. I'm still kind of new to the area, but I have seen a few Rx-7's and Rx-8's around Crestview and Eglin AFB.

I will check back every once in a while to see if you have got enough people to start choosing a date and time. I don't surf the forum very much anymore so don't be worried if I don't reply for a few days.

Agreed. Jamie (DVS) and I had thought sometime next month (September or later) or so when fall kicks in...nice and less hot. Somewhere on the beach I presume.

If October Sounds Better To Everyone Thats Fine With Me I Just Want To See If We Can Make This Thing Happen. I Would Like To Have It On The Beach On A Sunday. My Fiancee Works At Hooters On The Beach, (only One Located On The Beach In The World) And We Are Both Cool With The Owner And Managers. Anyhow, I Have Spoken To Them And They Said That There Place Would Be Cool For Us To Meet Up At. I Mentioned Possibly Getting The Hook-up On The Grub And They Said That They Would Work Something Out For Us. What They Usually Do For Large Parties Is Cater What They Call A Wing Party. Basically Its A **** Load Of Food For Discounted Prices. After Meeting There We Could Do Whatever, There Are Some Areas I Know Of That We Could Go Run The Cars And Cruise Or Just Whatever The Consensus Would Like The Most.....

 

Saw your other post on my thread , sounded like it was REAL soon ... October I hope to be driving the 7 again , so this sounds the best for me . If there is another meet in PC sooner than that , LMK ... would be cool to meet some folks .
