Actually, it's my fifth FC. First one was wrecked, second's motor blew and I was broke and needed a car, third I traded, fourth I traded and I have the fifth one now.
And if you recall correctly, the problems turned out to be electrical which I fixed. It was due to it being an automatic and having been converted.
So yes, FCs are awesome. Hence why I keep going back to them having owned so many other types of vehicles. They're solid and reliable if you have the knowledge to bring them up to spec in the first place. I did not, now I do for the most part, thanks to you Crit. So...

Brett, thanks for the A/C parts. I've got something for Billy, something for Mike, and a fat carb book for anyone that wants to geek out on Webers. Too bad it's likely to rain so much, but there are big gaps in the rainfronts - should be 70% dry.

Sorry - came out of a bad meeting and was feeling testy (not testes). In my defense, I specifically said 3 cars in recent memory. I don't remember the first two at OGTA, but then we are OLD GUYS after all.

"First one was wrecked"
So Mr. C, tell us about the first one? Was wrecked by ....? Must be a good story!
Mike, RX-7's didn't have cup holders until the Chinese invented WalMart. Stop being such a nambie pambie purist and go on down and get one.
The clouds always break on the Jeffery's parking lot when we have a meeting. We should charge the local merchants for our services.

It's tough to troubleshoot a main jet clogging. Folks usually mean the accelerator pump. If you did in fact mean the main jet, you should check your emulsion system as well. It basically bubbles air under vacuum through the fuel in order to lower the effective density. If you're not bubbling due to the air corrector drawing air through the emulsion tube, your fuel circuit will be off as well.

Good God I drove home like a grandpa... This ran crap isn't cool- I was doing 20 under the limit and the FC was still twitchy. No bueno.
On a good note, I'm going to be delivering pizza's in the FB once I get it tagged Monday hopefully. I guess it'll be good for something... Plus, the Papa John's red lettering on the topper will match the paint
Thanks for the dual belt pulley too Billy. It probably wont go on for another year, but alteast I've got one now.
And no problem with the AC stuff Crit. It was just chillin inside my tent outside, so it's in better hands now .
And we should do an off- tuesday meet every now and then for when we college guys and the people who work strange hours can come out.
I know- a mountain run. For real this time. We need a date- we've already got the course. Come on, while gas is relatively cheap!
