it says they are ok, which is most important.

then the next question is, what does the car look like?

Holy crap guys! I'm glad you're ok! SO sorry about the car, Jamin. If there is anything I can do to help let me know.

Now the big question is: Why didn't you throw Toby in front of the car to act as an impact absorber? I keed, I keed!!

Ha ha.
Answer: There was no time.
I think I was high on adrenaline last night when I posted that.
So in further detail...
We were on I-26 around mile marker 75 or 76 going toward Irmo.
It was raining lightly. Time was around 9pm.
We were going 70-75mph.
We are passing a 18 wheeler, then the car started going sideways, I think the back end started coming around to the right.
There was a point in the slide that I knew it couldn't be control.
At that time we both said "Oh ****!!"
I covered my head with my arms so I didn't see exactly how we spun.
Then I heard all the destructive noises as we plowed into the cable barrier, I think we took out 5 posts.
When the car stopped, I looked around and saw the cables on my side of the car (passenger side).
Still on our side of the hwy, but facing the wrong direction in the median.
No injuries.

We think the cause of the spin was due to balding tires and the wind coming from the 18 wheeler plus wet hwy.

I probably got 3 hours of sleep last night. lol.

Damn that sux! I'm glad to hear that you guys are fine, that's the most important thing. Cars can be replaced, people can't. At least the cables stopped you guys tho. When I hit them I just went under them and they chopped my car all the way across the top. I guess the blockish stance of the FC came in handy!

Oh yeah there was also like 35 mph winds yesterday, that probably helped. I know it was blowing me around on 20.

That is good news! Hey make sure he puts something over the hatch area or he will be pulling in mad CO2 driving down the road.

Hey that's cool Jamin, you've got some ideas and offers already!

Masin, wtf? Sorry to hear that man you only got it tuned like month ago right? I hear those NRS seals are the best if you're looking to get some more apex seals.

Jamin that sucks man. I'm really sorry that happened to you guys. I just found out from Reese after Masin calling me about his car. Pretty shitty day for the rotary community I guess. Hope you guys are doing well and glad you both are ok.
