need suggestions for a mechanic in Orlando
The radiator and radiator hosing in my RX7 both are leaking and i'm deciding to just get a new upgraded radiator instead of keeping the stock one. I already have the new radiator and hoses, just need a mechanic to install it.
I haven't needed to take the car to a mechanic yet so I don't know which would take good care of my FD and charges fair prices..
It needs to be close to Sandlake Road and South Orange Blossom Trail/Florida Mall because i don't want to have to have the car towed very far.
So does anyone know of a good mechanic?

zaque both these guys are good rx7 guys, dsck8er55 is my bro and you won't have to worry about it being done right or cheap. I think you should get your hands in there as the repair doesn't seem too complicated, but let dsck8er55 start and finish job. Good job Ryan looking out for 7's, see if they like bowling.

Anyways back on topic, Doesn't the car need to be lifted up to replace it?
My step brother used to be a mechanic and he seems to think so.
Looking at it, it looks like the intercooler could be pulled out and then the radiator, and it replaced. But I dunno.
Everything in there is so tight. I'm small though which helps.
I just think i'd prefer to have a mechanic do it at a shop, and get some other things done while things are taken out. I also need to get some tests done to make sure it isn't damaged from overheating.

I think FCakezilla has a guy that could look at your motor. You never mentioned anything about it overheating.
If you need help with just the swap me and AC could defentily help ya.

Yeah the car overheated badly..
It's a terrable story and you'd think I'm stupid for letting it happen. You'd think I'm stupid if I told you what happened so I'm not going to post about it. :/ But it's that I put my trust in my step brother because he used to be a mechanic instead of going by what I knew and my better judgement. :/
But, well, I'm not going to let him touch the car again.

bump.
Well Now I got someone to install the radiator with. I need to know who I should take it to to have a thorough inspection of the engine done. Preferably somewhere that can do it fast.
