If the guy is coming from Rock Hill, then He'll most likely be coming down I-85. I say that anyone in my area who would like to be part of the caravan/train needs to meet up somewhere in Gaffney. Preferably close to I-85. I'm open suggestions concerning where in Gaffney. Probably the best place would be somewhere close to either Exit 90 or Exit 92. You people just need to let me know! Otherwise, we'll just have to drive to the meet all by our lonesome's!

Reese I believe it might be the weather i havn't ran warm at all this holw summer and the last couple sof days I have been seeing alot higher temps than usually, i don't like even getting on it at all during the day.

Uggg Hops i'm sorry but i hate that place, maybe the one there is better than the one here, I spent like $20 on a steak at the one here and told them rare it came out just barely red in the middle no blood coming out was cold and tasted like water.

 

well theres Ruby Tuesdays right accross the street and right accross that theres a Fire Mountain Grill. I just need to know if there is going to be a lot of people wanting to go for diner so I can make reservations.

 

I won't be going to the get together. Once again, things have gone from half-way ok to total crap. There's no way I can afford gas for the trip on top of bills, etc.

There is an outlet mall off of exit 92, but the exit has been undergoing construction for sometime now. The exit is still usable, but sometimes they do weird things with the traffic that uses it. It may be easier to meet up somewhere off of exit 90. That's just my suggestion, so if you still wanna meet at the mall, just let me know. Or, we can meet somewhere off of the service road that goes by the big butt. There is a huge music store close by the butt, so we can probably chill in their parking lot for a few minutes until everyone arrives.

For those of you who don't know and are curious as to what the "big butt" is - Gaffney's water tower is supposed to look like a giant peach, unfortunately, it came out looking like a giant orange butt!!

 

I'm in for supper! Do all of the places listed take a Visa? Otherwise, I'll have to carry cash - just let me know, I don't mind either way, I just need to know in advance.

You'll need to contact the charlotte guys as to where to meet to get in their caravan. Otherwise, you'll head south on I-85 until the big butt. Charlotte people are meeting the Gaffney area people somewhere around there to make a big caravan! Or you could just drive down by yourself.

P.S. I'm gonna try to time the drive from Big Daddy's to Gaffney on my way home today. That way I'll know about what time we need to be leaving Gaffney.

 

Is there anyone comming from the Greensboro Area and what time are you traveling threw if you are.

I may have to bring my FC to the meet. My FD's oil pressure guage is being abit shady. It comes on and does fine but at idle it reads 0 pounds of pressure I think my oil pressure sending unit is bad. Just did a tune up which consisted of an engine flush with oil change and spark plugs, Radiator Flush, Lucas Fuel Injector cleaner for the Fuel Injectors, I hope that will clear them up.

Sorry guys and gals, I wasn't able to time the distance from Big Daddy's to Gaffney last night. Some errands I had to run took longer than I expected. I say, that 30 mins is probably a safe estimate. So, in order to get to Big Daddy's on time at 11:00, we will be leaving Gaffney no later than 10:30. Hit me up with where y'all want to meet. If you don't, I'll be forced to choose!

 

pick somewhere we can make a pit stop.... gas, drink, bathroom, apex seals,... ect..

we will have to drive for about 1 hourt to get to the pre-meeting place.

so pick a spot... and let us know exactly where it is.

the main people need to make a cell phone list. so we can call if we get lost or what ever.

 

Ditto, I need to know at least someones cellphone number incase I get lost. I have never driven past Kannapolis NC before by myself so I might need some help the occasion arises.
