buddy you have no earthly idea of the stuff i have layin around, lol. theres a monster brewing in my shed as we speak and it wont need to boost to keep up with yours. and yes the boost gauge was after i built my engine to keep an eye out for serious vacuum fluctuations letting me know i may have a cracked apex seal.

That's pretty dang funny.......What's even funnier is the monster being put together in my garage Just a hint of things to come. J-spec S4 with a fat a$$ TO4E sitting on the side. The real funny part is that the cold side of the turbo is so big that it has to be spaced out to clear the TII lower intake Stu came by today and got a nice glimps of it........

So Zac. When you want to come up and check out this engine harness I have, and see what I'll have to do to make it work? I believe it's a S4 NA harness. Wiring doesn't scare me, I just don't know what to do.........

**** bnr, our local boys build just as good a hybrid as them... IMO even better

my buddy, a loooong time ago (maybe 5 or 6 years ago), did 400rwhp on a hybrid done up by them on a large street port S4 TII block @ 17psi. not the greatest for spool up but it gets the job done.

Got the Sparco mounted in both the seats owners FD and in mine. Figured I would figure out the placement of the bracket holes thru the floor while I had one here. Save me some time when i pick up a seat next season... Plus I'll feel cool driving in a Sparco for a day or too

Anthony I got your car running. It was not sparkingcosistently. Messed with abunch of stuff and it fired up. It has a big oil leak somewhere near the turbo as it smoked out the hood in about 5 minutes. I couldn't even see the engine standing in front of it. It was a extenal oil leak not a internal engine issue
Also reassembling the various pieces of the car.

Dave you selling stock FD seats???

Sam BNR is great honestly hahaha, i just like to support the local boys and they do such great work!

If you get a turbo modified to a T04E then they automatically enlarge the wastegate to it's max size with an entire new door assembly. it's bad ***!

Nope not getting rid of my seats. The owner of the Sparco and other FD here may want to sell his. They are tan leather base model seats that had been dyed( very poorly) by the previous owner. All the black dye is/has peeled off. I will ask him when I see him. He is headed back overseas to the middle east for another tour(5th) in early january. I hope to see him before that so he can have the car for a couple weeks or so before heading back.

Well, I have a hybrid TO4E sitting on the side of my TII engine that I'm building. It just has the stock wastegate door on it. You feel like coming up sometime and showing me what to do for the wastegate? I can do the work, I just need a supervisor

I have seen post on doing it, but do you have to make another "ridge" for the edge of the door? So, what would it take to get you up this way to "help" me out?

not sure when i can get up out there man. the little time i get out of work i'm here finishing up side work. after that black FD i'm doing a haltech install and then a 12a turbo setup not to mention the turbo honda's i still tune ahhhhhhh! i'm trying to be able to make it to the next meet... i can't believe i even got out to the last one.

maybe i can stay a little longer next time and we can roll by your house and go over some things.

the wastegate doesn't need a new ridge or anything just make the new larger door flush with the walls. it will hold the boost no problem.

Funny you ask, I was about to PM you. All but the rear Iron are done. The papaer tore in half when I started on it. I just need to get more. The other irons and housing came out nice I think. I'll post some pics tonight. I spent a solid 8 hours one day at work slinging those fockers around!! My shoulders ae buff.. Pics to come later tonight.
