Ya, I might decide to go. I looked and I work that thursday and sunday so if I get sunday off, I can leave out friday morning at 7:00am. Is anyone going friday or just saturday/sunday?

I've just moved to birmingham as of today! so I won't be able to attend anymore meets, I need to hook up with some of the MRCCAL people now that I'm down here.

I have not heard anything on this until I read this yesterday. I was under the impression since I had not heard back from Brocken this was just sitting waiting on me and no big rush. The fact that Phil came in and offered to buy it from under me is bad.

Phil, If you had any respect for me or this club you would have contacted me or made a post or even sent me an email asking if I was buying it or not... You just do not go around PM'ing everyone to keep it quite......

Ouch! Man, I don't know the whole story but I would say 1st come 1st serve. When I sell things I would rather have the money asap unless I say I will hold this for you.
Well, I think it all would have been solved if you had bought it right away. I mean I saw it here still for sale and tried to get it, so it might have been me instead of Phil. Then what??? If someone post something for sale I say it is fair game till it is sold or on hold.

I think these words you used are a little harsh!, and could have been solved with better wording or off this fourm. From a outsider looking at joining the rotary group or MRRCAL this don't look like a tight group of guys that someone might want to get involved in. We should all help one another not bash someone when you did something wrong.

Well, I am still looking forward to meeting the MRRCAL group one day. I am having oil pressure issues and have not found the problem yet. Hope to be up soon. Keep us posted on the get togethers.

Hey guys, really sorry about the drama going on here. I haven't checked this thread in forever so when Phil came by yesterday and said you were upset about selling it to him, I was kind of confused -- I don't get on the board often so I was only looking at PMs and since I hadn't heard from you in a long, long time I went ahead and sold it. I mean, it's a nice stand and everything but hey we all live in the same area why not share? Just pass it around. Hopefully no hard feelings; no reason to get bent out of shape over a couple pieces of steel.
