well as gensai's not bringing the FD you should be able to keep up regardless as there aren't that many long straights.
And parts wise ive already stated, 1 left rear and 1 right rear brake calipers from the FC they have up there, it should be a S5 model and hopefully the calipers are the ones that reside over the vented rotors, which is the style i need anyway. The caliper itself should have 'ribs' along the top as opposed to being 'smooth' along the top.

so i leave tonite guys, get into Johnson City maybe around 12 or so tommorow, so looks like imma drop off the block about 4 in the afternoon with Landers, so whoever is in the area, let me know, we'll get started and cruise the dragon abit, let me refresh my memory of it all.

I love it when stuff breaks right before a Dragon trip. My clutch MASTER took a **** on me this morning. Keep in mind that I just had to rebuild the slave about a month ago over at Jeremy's. I noticed the fluid level was way down before work. When I got home, there was fluid dripping out from under my fender on the driver's side. I thought, "Yep, it's a typical fender fluid leak." So I ordered a new fender.
....
Advance won't be able to get my kit in until tomorrow morning, so I'll be rebuilding that son'bitch before I head up there. Since the Dragon is a great place to test the reliability of new parts and labor, right?

hahaha yeah tell me about it, all my brake work will be tested up there tomorrow, and if it fails...i guess i'm fucked. but its all good though, my dads mechanic is double checking everything for me free of charge, so i should be ok.
lol its all good cody, i dont think you would want a miata anyways. they arent quite as bad as the 7's but they are almost just as much trouble. the next major mechanical issue to date that i will get fixed is probably the oil leak...it loses about a quart every two weeks, so i have to keep tabs on the oil level all the time, it drives me nuts! after that i'll focus on having the clutch replaced, i can tell it starting to lose a little bit of grip...but thats normal for the original clutch @ 155k miles.
jeez...stop talking bout buying cars guys... Ive been seeing the same 65 mustang sitting in a yard for the last several years and im thinking sometime next year im going to buy it an do nothing to it but make it run for a real rat rod...and if i cant get that then im sure i can snag the 69/70 coupe thats sitting JUST down the road from me, though i think its had an engine fire as it used to run for a while and now the edges of the hood look....crispy and charred.
