Ok, some easy directions to 101 which leads to the ferry road.

Coming up nine mile road. When you get to the rr tracks in Havelock, the ones with the crossing gates turn right and stay on this road. You will come to an intersection by KFC and Burger King . Cross straight ahead at the light you be on 101 now and go passed the main gate to cherry point Marine base. You will see a Ford dealer on your right. Move to right lane at the dealer its the only one that goes straight. Head out of town and watch for a sign on your right for the cherry branch ferry its a left turn aprox 6 or seven miles out of town, after you turn go to the end of that road and you will be at the ferry.

If you come down 24 to hwy 70 by cutting over you will need to turn right at the first light in town. Marine federal CU on your right. This is Mc Cotter. Head to end of road. It will tee into 101 turn right and look for the ferry sign on the right. Turn left and go to the end of the road.

If you come up hwy 17 to new bern take 70 into Havelock and look for the Marine Corps chery point main gate signs. Watch for a Burger King on your right and a Ford dealer ahead just to your left. There will be a light at this intersection. Turn left here, the ford dealer will be on your right after the turn. Get to the right lane you are now on 101. Watch for cherry branch ferry sign on your right. Turn left here and go to end of road.
