Im just saying the 1st has a 60% chance of rain and I know some people dont want to drive in the rain and this meet is centered around driving. Plus who can enjoy a drive having to be careful in the rain. Im not be negative, Ill show up regardless, but Im just saying we might enjoy it more if the conditions were better.

no...what brought everybody down was a a few posts ago and made all fc owners shake their heads and put car covers on. Like I said, ill show up regardless. Not even taking into consideration my car SHOULD run right with the new injectors Ill have in by the 8th. Hmmm..2 meets in a month did someone say? We didnt have one in Feb so we have to catch up.

Kim and Paige are good. Never met Ben. Met Jamy(sp? aka ANEX) from fayetteville today. Got my HID's in, Ill take pics later. Took about 30 mins to install. I wanna do a little more extra stuff like making sure the ballast is sealed in a plastic bag and all parts wont be affected by the rain....Oh! and NOT BLINDING MYSELF AS I LOOK AT THEM OMG my eyes still hurt. Sleepy eyes or no sleepy eyes? Completely up blinds oncoming cars, and halfway up looks a little ricer/poser'ish and it lights up my intercooler but my FTP's look cool. Thoughts?

I think I can rig some plastic or something to cover the hole where the light bleeds through to the intercooler. I dont like the illuminted intercooler, it looks like Im trying to say something or rigged underglow neons to it or something. I could get working on that as soon as I figure out a way to get my keys out. Gotta find a coat hanger. So Im setting it straight that im doing the sleepy eyes out of NECESSITY and courtsy for other drivers and not b/c its the drifter thing to do.

Friend I work with used to be a taxi driver and an expert at unlocking cars. I fixed his car once before so he owed me one. Called him and 15 mins later keys were in my hands. Got lucky.

Found my problem everybody! The injectors I had in the car WERE 550's and the injectors i have in there now are 550's too BUT the car is late 87 I guess when they decided to go from peak/hold AKA low impedance injectors to saturated AKA high impedance injectors. The injectors I took out had a redish top so we thought they were NA injectors but NOOO they were 87.5-88 TII injectors....I think they were just f'd up so thats why they cut out on me and pulled poorly(for those who saw them you saw how f'd up they were). So the same goes for the secondaries as well. Older cars like fb's and fc's use peak hold and the newer ones like mine use the saturated, so the orange 680 from erics NA are low impedance and will not work either. I am so relieved....now to get my hands on some.

Also to tell the difference for future reference the gray TII 550 inj have the connector notch key in the middle and the 87.5-88 redish injectors have it off to the side but both have the same NSN's
