i never got another call sat evening after i called marty and no messages in my voicemail...

 

that sucks..I was home bored by myself playing video games..wife and daughter were at mother-in-laws house for the weeked so it was prime time to do something.

 

yeah, participation seems to be low in organizing our next meet. i think sometimes you just have to pick a date and a place and hope people will show. alot of people read here but dont post. i personally have a hard time keeping up between this thread, the willmington thread, and ncrotaries website.

 

well...havent heard anyone talk about the next big meet for a while but me and tray were just talking about how a lot of people are pre-occupied with the holidays so should we just make an executive decision since there arent many people talking about/inputting on the meet...i say wait till jan 12 to insure maximum participation and to make sure no-one is left out b/c of family and holidays. People please please please...post on ncrotaries for imput on the meet so we dont have to keep going back and forth.

well, i just figured i would tell everyone, i had to move back to asheville. when i got here for thanksgiving, the situation i had left behind had gotten worse and now needs my personal attention. I will still do what I can to visit the coast area often and try to make meets to visit everyone i've met down there. perhaps in a year or 2 i will return to the area to get back to what i love.

if any of you are still interested in taekwondo, the school is still there and i know u will receive excellent training with or without me

Hey guys. Just letting you all know, I am putting the 1993 MB RX7 Touring up for sale soon. I'm getting ready to get out and can't afford to keep putting money into it anymore. It sucks, but there just seems to be no other way. Right now I just got it back from Rotorsports Racing, with a stage 2 engine rebuild, street port, powerFC, Greddy ver2 boost gauge, bonez downpipe and racing beat dual-tip catback, Trust airinx intake, and ceramic coated manifolds. It only has a couple of problems right now, 2 of which any rotor-head around here could probably fix pretty easily. If you're interested, give me a call. 512-529-6605. Ask for Travis.

 

Sup to all here. I drove down from Upstate NY to Ft. Bragg (phew.. my baby made it) for a month long business trip. We have a meet this Saturday, might be the last one since the next one would fall on the weekend before Christmas. Come up if you get a chance. Follow the NC Rotaries link in my sig.

 

The weather so far is looking good for the long drive up to the meet this weekend. I'm looking forward to it! Things are on track here and nothings in the way so far. I hope we have a good turnout and as already pointed out it may be the last meet of the year.
