Is there anywhere in Atlanta that will pass my 93 and look the other way?What about police,do they pull you over for noise/exhaust.i live in Decatur,but not a resident yet.

 

Doubt you would ever get pulled over, Ive never heard of someone getting pulled over for this. As far as the emissions goes Im not sure that anyone is doing this anymore as the penalties have gotten worse for such things and no one is willing to risk it.

unless your willing to drive out to west bumnblefreak and get emissions in a county that doesnt require emissions.

 

Yeah, you really have to have a mailing address in that county and PO Boxes dont count so unless you have relatives or a good friend out there that dont work cause thats where your tag is gonna go.

 

Find a freind in Hall or Jackson county...they are the closest non-emissions counties to metro ATL
