I never said I was the only one testing, did I? I am not getting high and mighty on any one I was trying to give some background on where i am coming from.

So you think it's professional to make fun ((Gross Polluter) "Thanks for the laugh.") of your customers on a public board?

You can't compare your product to the AFC there has been tons of testing and literature on the AFC people could have read before they bought. We had to take your word for it.

Dont get me wrong I am not trying to abuse you in anyway and I don't believe I have don't take these criticisms personally. I have been very patient, but there is a point when it becomes frustrating that the product doesn't work as advertised.

You did not refute what I said above about the rtek (forget about gross polluter for a moment) with any viable data. Do you think that it is ""Suitible for moderately to heavily modded RX7s." in it's curent state?

Well show me where it's defined what "moderately" and "heavily" modded are and I'll let you know. It's not like we claimed you could run a bridgeport stage 3 on 25PSI. We specifically worded it to be very general. Thats probably why I spend a lot of time answering "will it work with my setup" emails and phone calls.

I'm done with this. Argue amongst yourselves. I'll be working on PocketLOGGER Version 3.

When you claim it will work with "moderately modified" cars one is to asume that you have the a similar definition as most others on this board. Not standing by your claim by saying it was not clearly defined simply will not work.
I have a streetport with a BNR turbo not exactly a bridge port on 25 PSI.
If you ask anyone on this entire forum 99% would say that my setup would fall under "moderately" modified.

I have not attacked you or abused you in anyway to warrant you being upset. However you often post with sarcastic and even rude comments acting as if we are being unreasonable.
My posts have been very tame, well thought out and factually based. I am not on this board flaming your company, I'm just trying to give my opinions which is what the forum is for.

I'll ask this, Do you think that the Rtek delivered as promised?
Ed

Jeebus, it seems that my banter got a few panties in a twist here. Look people, my views and opinions are mine, and do not reflect those of DTI. If you are somehow offended by what I said, feel free to attack me, not DTI.

I'm all ears. How do you suggest going about this, on a machine code level?

ed are you testing the 2.1 ? how about you gross polluter?

turbo2ltr most here do not have anuff info on the progress of the update. that is what is needed when so many projected release dates are missed, not less information. I thought you were just waiting on working out price with henrik to release last week? please do not let a few bad comments squash the info for the rest of us.

we all have been waiting a very long time for this projected update and many have waited in quite, some in not so quite as you are aware of. many great products are killed by release time delays even before brought to market others quickly and quitely disapeer after realease. most of us do not want to see this happen to your product or anymore rx7 products. this has been the case with many parts for our cars as some of us who have been around for a long time are well aware of. we all need these and future updates to come. I will just call

turbo2ltr you might not want to mention you are working on version 3 as you will probably get request like..... will it work on an LT1 transplant? can I tune it with my xbox? will it run at above the 15psi you say it will?

We should have a release candidate in a beta tester's hands by early next week. If everything goes smoothly as we expect, we *might* just get it released before christmas. Any kinks will probably put the release into january.
