I found a Palm Treo that I can use but when looking at the ordering page at digital tuning the hotsync cable is currently out of stock which doesn't do me any good. Are these standard cables that can be found elsewhere?

 

Yes it is the standard cable. Check out ebay, you can probably get one for extremely cheap.
