Anti flooding, what TPS % does it kick in at?

So my 87 turbo was a bit flooded and I noticed that the anti flooding function didn't seem to be working. I noticed that my TPS was only reading 93% soooooo when does it kick in? I had to pull the fuse to get it to start.

I know mine TPS goes to like 92%, but it works when I hold my foot to the floor and crank, or at least I think it does, it fires up when it seems slightly flodded?... It seems like if I step on the gas while its cranking it cuts fuel too... sometimes requires me to fiddle with the pedal a little but it starts everytime.

Alrighty then, so does it cut ALL fuel. I'm getting 1.5ms pulse on my injectors with the accelerator pressed to the floore (93%)

Would be nice to know.... That feature does not work on my car. The TPS sees 74% max, which I thought was the problem, but if its supposed to trigger @ 50% that should be a non-issue. I still have my fuel cut switch hooked up, so its not that big a deal, but it would be nice to use the ecu feature instead.

It's on stock S5 ECUs only, but S4 Rtek'd ECUs have it added on.

It works on my car with the TPS reaching 94% max, but I have rarely needed to use it. Once you get enough fuel out of the start map, it shouldn't flood anymore.
