85% - 90% Hesitation Fixed!!!
i have been kicking around possible things to get this hesitation to quit like the rest of us. i noticed my leading coil was loose because i had to relocate it because my ic piping was in the way. well the way i had it mounted was with self tapping screws and the coil just sat there dangling. when i asked around, Henrick told me that the leading coils did need to be bolted solid and did ground through the bracket. when i grinded the surfaces and installed another ground to the coil bracket and bolted it solid, WOW almost all my hesistation was gone. all i have now is a very small hesitation at 3500rpm. i thought id post this and maybe this might help more people.

Haha I had a small hesitation then I thought a ground completely got rid of it. But it still comes back sometimes. Electrical stuff is a pain, what with all the uncertainties. I wouldn't spend too long hunting for ghosts. The way I figure, eventually I'll catch the hesistation as I fix up everything.
Oh, and I started hating solder and steel electrical connections a long time. Honestly, why can't everybody use clamp terminals? I mean... only with solder do you get an alloy specifically engineered to mix just the right amount of each metal to make it as weak as possible . It is causes the most electrical problems in every device there is.

well i decided to pull my uim off and check out everything. i pulled out my engine harness and taped it up because it had sections missing tape. i blew a coolant line a couple of weeks prior to this. when i pulled off my primary injector connector and the injector was full of coolant where the pins are. i think this was screwing with the way its supposed to work. im cleaning it now and im replacing some grounds. i will start it up tomarro and see what happens.
