I have been quite on here lately. Just needed a break. Ordered some new clutch disk's today, started the car for the first time in 2 months and cleaned it up. Not making any major changes so my goal is still to hit the 9's. I should mention this will be the 4th season on this motor unopened. I plan to race in 5 events this year and maybe hit one up north that Anthony mentioned.

My friend is just like you , He runs and runs and his engine still good, Most people tell him open and adjust and retune and all this stuff he says im good I go to track race it if it sounds good i keep going I wont touch it if it sound like shttt I stop go home and check, ..

Hopefully a fat tax return will get me much closer to my goal. I go pick up a key piece to the puzzle this weekend I am talking with a good friend about painting the car the car this winter and hopefully get it down the track a few times this year. I don't plan on pushing it beyond low boost till maybe MIR. I just want to go out and have some fun with friends!

Mu goal is to actually work on my car. I did begin stripping it over the last few weeks. When I have time, this week or maybe next, I'll pick up the 4-link back-half kit and go to work on that. Figure if I can get the front and rear suspension together this year I'll be happy.

 

This year I plan on just getting to a few test and tunes and not end up racing for the first time at major events!!!

Have the exterior and interior completed on my all motor car. And if I get lucky, the front and rear suspension done too... Or at least finish the rear end work.

Paint my Rx3 and maybe install a 20b it in.... If no 20b then throw in that REW semi pp motor that's been on the shelf since Jesus was a baby. Seeing that I'm an inconsistent person, the Rx3 will probably stay there and I would put my time into another piece of junk

My plan is to run an 8 in my street car - on pump gas!

 

my goal is to get a few bugs worked outta my car (install line loc, rebuild throw out bearing, and get my trailing 2 spark working again) and turn the boost up a little, hopefully by the end of the season get a 9.6x out of it..

im trying to get this rx8 is about 10 hrs away I want it for my son his only 12/13 but his 1st car he drove was a rx7 and e was 8 people crack up when they see him moving my cars I love it., I told him I want him doing good in school and his reward is to race in the track if he wants no pressure. he loves baseball for now lol

 

Thats cool! I plan to do the same. Not sure on car (s) for them yet.

 

That means you have to actually bring your car to the track and race over sitting in the stands! :LOL:

Blast/ paint all the brackets nuts, bolts in engine bay
Buy rest of items to build engine/ put engine in
Make exh. mani
Mod intake for more injectors
Cage
Get car in primer
Wire the car get it running

and the list goes on and on....kinda like the song.
