Well I'm hoping to hit the track in 2016 and get the motor and chassis sorted on the motor before I install nitrous. On a chassis dyno this motor made 291 SAE corrected horsepower on gasoline. I'm hoping for about 450 when on the nitrous. The car is a little heavy, its all steel, so I hope its enough power to get the job done.
Hey Eric! I met you probably two years ago at an IFO in Bakersfield. You were there with your son and his all motor RX7. It was the first fast rotary I had ever seen in person, and I was so impressed and shocked that it still had a factory rear end! That car seriously helped to motivate me to finish mine. You were a really nice guy, most of these west coast guys are rather abrasive.
Your car looks good looks like you have a short header my son blew his motor nice to see another rotary car out at the track I'm going to threw a all motor car together but just for bracket racing
