I think a non-reinforced and set-up block is on borrowed time at those power levels, and set up to hook. Must be a lot of fun, tho.

Turbo setup looks killer!. I think you pushing the limits on that block. I know an FD block can handle 500 all day with no "reinforcements".

I actually took the car to a local-ish 1/8th mile track that's about 4000ft elevation. I managed to get 3 hits.
First hit, the car didn't like the two step settings and it didn't seem to make boost and it bogged on the launch. I aborted.
Changed the settings and made a second hit.
Second hit the car came out hard (for me) and went 1.32. Id never been faster than 1.77 until that time haha. The car went hard right, I was in the left lane and it was shooting right to the middle by approx. the 60ft mark. I crossed center by about a tire, (aborted before that) and just drove her down to the end trying to process the sensory overload. lol
So, luckily we had some camera phone footage and I looked it over and decided on some suspension adjustments. We took the car back up for the 3rd and final hit of the day.
Third hit I launched nice and straight and went 1.33 60ft. Shifted late out of first gear cuz I suck. Click second and it seems like I hit the limiter real quick so I click third and the car pulls about 700rpm on the datalog before it starts to burble like its fat. I suck and apparently it took me .5 second to lift from breaking up. I lift at 3.87 seconds according to the datalog. The track has no 330 timer but the FT550 has a built in accelerometer that claims I hit 330 feet at 4.05 seconds. I coast all the way down and run an 1/8 time of 6.831 at 75mph. It felt slow and boring so I didn't even realize till I was driving home that I had never been that fast in the 1/8th before haha. The fastest Ive ever been is high 11's in the 1/4.
I got home and switched the meth out for gasoline and lit the car to clean out the fuel system. "It was at this moment, he knew he fucked up"
The car cracked the plate and was pushing oil up from between the plate and the housing.
Ive got a couple more 6 port plates so I guess I will try this again and see what happens.

If your set on running the 6 port housings then you should reinforce the block. , don’t want that plate to crack going down the 1/4!
