Removing front sway bar?

I kinda hate to make any changes right now but would to see if that one tire wil come off the ground a tad. So my question is since this will shift tq on chassis to one side will this also put more load on that side on axle?

Also what's the recoded for 60 foot on the IRS stock or not? Anyone cutting 1.2's. I remember Dan s. Cutting some damn good ones.

Seriously, someone correct me if Im wrong, but I didnt think removing the front sway bar would load one side of the chassis more. Removing it should make the suspension unload easier and thus bringing the front up faster. It would be for hitting the rear with more weight transfer. ????

Removing the sway bar should not load one side of the car.
It allows the suspension to travel easier and transfer more.

Give it a shot!

I suppose IF there already is a shift load to one side, and its being defeated by the front sway bar, then removing the sway bar might lead to a more prominent and visible "chassis roll".

Thanks busted. Yeah it's been crazy. We are staying at the house because one of the trees flatened my dog kennel so no place for my dog. Not too bad. Kids are learning the tv isn't everything. Been cutting trees from sun up to sun down. the worst hit was the area I live but not directly on us but just beside us, maybe a mile. They said it was a f4 3/4 miles wide with 190 mph winds! I feel for those people as there is nothing left, just crazy to see. We should have power back up by Monday they say. The track was in the direct path so next closest is a 1/4 si maybe I will get to go in a few weeks then.

Glad to hear you're ok but I was hoping the Tornado would have picked up your car and dropped it off on my driveway.

That be a he'll of trip... Lol..

Insurance guys came out and said they were writing it up for a new roof, new siding and paint, trim, gutters, new dog kennel and paying for 9 trees cut and removed. House is only 5 years old. I should not even complain, I will load som pics once I can use my pc, on the ipad so can't load pics. But 1 mile down the road they got I bad. I mean it's terrible! Looks like a war went on. I heard I was a f4 3/4 miles wide with 190 mph wind! When I was lookin out the window before jumping in the closet th tree branches were not blowing around but just straight out to the side, with all sorts of pieces flying thru th air. I dove in the closet with my family and dog. Came out 20 seconds later and had a 70+ year old oak on the side of my house and another even older and bigger one with a fe more across the drive way. I have enough fire wood for my life!

More later... Time to fire up the grill! And lots o cold beer on ice! Life is good!

Damn, I dont know you personally Mike but I'm glad you and your fam are ok. I can relate SLIGHTLY to your guys situation since we went thru Hurricane Ike in Houston a couple years ago. We were about half a mile from the eye of the storm. We were out of power for 14 days, cutting down trees for about 10 of those days...bbq everyday...and lot of beer. Good luck and be safe.
