Judging by your last 1/8 mph gain, you were accelerating like a civic!!! If you add 36mph on top of your 114mph 1/8', your trap speed should have been a 150mph on that pass.

Holy ****, 113mph in the 1/8th...That thing's got a lot left in it, but it must be one hell of a challenge pedaling that featherweight down the track.

 

nice numbers i called my buddies in the lou and they went and seen it they called me when you were racing. Nice car and time and i agree that car must be hell to drive but ooooohhhhh whould it be fun!

Fantastic runs Lupe, I'd be STOKED to do that on the first day running the car. Now then as for the last video on there as a photographer I feel slightly dirty. When I saw the red car (not sure what it was as I was watching it in a small window) go for the wall the first thing I thought was not for the guys well being...it was...*whispers* why is the track photographer turned AWAY from the action before the run was completely over?!? Sry, couldn't help myself (we call this "chimping" where I come from...staring at a photo you took cuz it's so cool, while you miss an even better one)...I do hope that guy was okay though. I feel so dirty...help me.

With 113mph in the 1/8th im sure it has plenty more in it.

I ran 104mph in the 1/8th and ran 137mph also so with a clean pass you should go 140+ easy.

What size are the rear tyres? On 26 x 8.5's I let them down to 10 psi when they are cold and then do a big burnout. Then once they are hot they are on about 12 psi.

I’m having problems with my two step….. I have it wired to the switch on my clutch pedal. I have a hard time lifting my foot completely off the pedal so the 2 step will be on during the run. This is another reason why the run looked like crap and you heard popping and stuff.

I’m going to have to move the switch or turn the 2 step off for next time.

Not sure if you guys saw it but…….. I hit the brakes way before the finish line. My hood started coming up so I got scared.

Congrats on the 10.363 @ 136.02 best so far. Better start having those additional bars added for a full cage as you will be running some 9's for sure in the future.

Your car is flying. With a better 60' you could've run a very high 9 second pass on that run.

113mph 1/8 mph is eye opening for sure. Can't wait to see what happens when you put a clean run together.

 

dude eric, considering everything that we saw that basically made your car slow, (getting caught at the tree, the two step interfering, and you definately braking before the finish...) i can tell that there is WAY more in that car.

and no it didnt look slow at all, pretty sweet seeing that car go down the track, cuz its way faster than most people on this forum can ever even HOPE to go in their cars...i hope to one day throw down an 11 second pass, but thats about it, i dont have the money to throw at my car to make it worthy of anything faster...
