Hyperion In-Tank Fuel Surge Cover users?

Anybody use these for drag racing and see a significant improvement so you don't have to run 3/4 to a full tank of gas to not get fuel starvation? For a intank fuel pump. http://www.rs-engineering.com/catalo...stem-p-28.html

I was thinking about getting a fuel cell or weld on sump, but this would be alot easier and less complex and cheaper.

Thoughts? Thanks.

I love mine though I use it mostly for street I can run down to a 1/8 tank and still cut hard left U-turns with no starvation. I'd imagine it would help you a lot as well.

Ya I think it will be good, I got one and installed it today. I'll be back at the drag strip this weekend and I'll probably start off with about a half tank.

I made 7 passes yesterday, started out with a half tank of gas, no fuel starvation or loss of fuel pressure, logging fuel pressure. I cut a 1.39 60ft with a little less than a half tank and the front wheels came off the ground, also did a 1.44 and a 1.48 . Aeromotive 340 lph pump. So I think the cover worked good.

Congrats on the good run! If anyone is on the fence about this mod it definitely works and is worth the investment. I wouldn't run my car without one again.
