But went to rotorfest Sunday and with a syncro box (one of last years spares I know 3rd gear syncro bad in) shifting 1--2--4 clicked off a 9.84@150.73 lol

Liberty turn arround 6-8 weeks.... So we all know how long that really may be, syncro box usually can get 2-3 passes b4 3rd gear won't shift... But there are a few boxes local and I have another trick up my sleeve... Just need one pass to get a 8 and then I can move on

 

That cost me 1k for liberty to fix

 

Problem is there a 90% chance it will happen again... I'd rather punish 5 syncro boxes for same price.... Between all the tranny's I went through, clutches, clutch issues, ext dropping the trans is like taking a nap, but looking at my data logs from the 9.3 pass the shifts only lost boost to like 6 psi, but with syncro it goes 0 and works back up
Figures we figured out some of the bugs that kept holding us back then the tranny lets go, but even though ill never compare my car to ari, the factory trans record is on syncros, and I figure this season my last on factory drive line, so might as well try and break it on syncro's
