those may be the Perth amboy crew...13B turbo-carb.....
This happens with reall old Presure plates or the presure plate bolts streatch from re-tourqing them often.. the M8x1.0 bolts should be replaced after say 4-5 uses..

Stuff like that scares the hell out of me!
I wonder if one of those aftermarket bellhousing for the OEM tranny will work at all
