I know it's been asked before on here. Not sure there was ever a definitive answer. Think Bacon was gonna try??? I know 26x11.5 fits without any sheetmetal work and tucks in nicely.

I haven't done it yet, but you will have to roll the fenders for the 28, the 15" rim you will have to shave the caliper and trailing arm/toe link ... It can be done but it crazy tight!
I'm cutting 1.33's on the Et streets 26x10.5x16, I borrowed Jim from jpr's 11.5, but had other issues haven't made a full pass oN them..so I haven't seen the need to make the switch ... Ohh I was breaking the 10.5 Etstreets loose for .3-.4 on the 1-2 shift... Dosent happen with the 11.5's

The 11.5 ET streets are only just under 10" wide though, are full slicks a true 11.5" tread? On my FC the 26x11.5 ET streets are a nice but tight fit with only rolled fenders. Might or might not make a difference for FD's depending on the tire you use...

Good point. I hadn't thought of that. The 11.5 I was referring to is an ET Street. They're about the same (visually anyway) section and tread width as the true 10.5 ET Drag.

Yea the 10.5 is like a 9.5 contact patch and 11.5 just shy of 10.5, pretty sure most of MT's are like that, Hoosier true to contact patch

Yeah, I was upset once I saw they had 27's in the et streets. I knew that was the better choice.

Thanks guys. In that vid the car was running borrowed front and rear wheels. the wheels in the vid are 15 x 3.5 front with 26inch MT and 15x8 rear with 26x10 M7H racemasters. the pics at the begining of the thread are the new setup with 17 x 3.5 and 15 x 10 wheels. hoping for some better launches with a little more rubber under the car

Did you have to shave the rear calipers?
