what is the minimum rotor lobe diameter?

i`ve got into trouble with custom 3 rotor crankshaft that i bought in NZ.
they had broken grinding machine and crank was made with rotor lobes deviation. lobes are not parallel with the shaft center line.

i could try to polish it here but i need to know minimum acceptabe lobe diameter.

more exactly: what is the maximum rotor bearing to eccentric shaft clearance in high performance engine?

anyone knows?

For hi-rpms, only .001" more clearance is used. If you are out more than that, sounds like you are screwed

I believe the cranks that were ground incorrectly (out sourced work not manufacturers fault) have been recalled.

yes i`ve got a request to send it back. hopefully i have not installed it yet.
but problem is time.. in 1 month we will have main competition here and now it looks complicated to get new crank back, assemble everything and tune in time...

Thanks crispeed, valuable info.
but i will have even more clearance if i process it here.
so no other choice - sending it back with HOPE to get new one rapidly.
