tuning help

Hey guys
I have a few questions that im hoping everyone can help me out with. Right now on my 93 fd i have a 3 inch dp and a ractive 3 inch exhaust, my blitz dtt is reading .94 bar at full throttle, i know that this is high but i havent had any problems for now. The thing is though that over the winter im planning on upgrading all the ic piping to polished, icluding the y-pipe and the intake pipes from the airbox to the turbos as well as a hks bov, im also planning on getting a m2 cf box, a 3 inch ss dp and non resonated mp (is this a good idea?) as well as the new hks ti carbon fiber exhaust. Now i know that im gonna have to work on a/f at that point and im just wondering if i can leave the stock ecu and just use a piggy back fuel controller such as the apexi afc or hks super afr and a boost controller such as the blitz dsbc? how will i know how to calibrate the fuel controller for the added horsepower and what should i set the boost at then?
Thanks for all the advice.

Just go with a power fc, it's a stand alone, totally replaces your entire computer or get your stock ecu remapped but that is almost as much as a power fc and with the fc you can reprogram it endless times.
