throttle cable to IDA 48 ?

Ive got the IDA 48 and the proper shaft lever, but where does the cable pull from?
on the stock carb there was a bracket on the engine side near the back where all the cables mounted to so they cloud pull the shaft levers, do I have to create one for the IDA or is there one I can buy? Is ther any way to keep the cruise control, or does it just not work with this setup?

Usually you have to make something to fit. We made a little bracket that uses one of the mounting bolts to hold it in place.
As for cruise control that will take some thinking on your part to come up with a way to hold that cable as well the the throttle cable. It should be pretty easy.

Oh yea, we used a cable clamp that would be used on bicycle brakes to hold the cut down (length) cable.

I will probably do that sort of mount, but my carb has the fuel inlet on the other side and the pully on the throttle shaft pulls around the bottom not the top, but still pulles toward the engine? is the carb on the manifold backwards I recieved it assembled to the manifold, will this complicate my situation, or should i just go with it like that, it seems like it should still work
