street porting and A/F mix

I've just received the Mazdaspeed street port template for my 91' 6 port, and I'm building a stainless header to replace the exsisting manifold and 1st cat. My question is this; with the added air volume going into the chamber will the ECU adapt the OEM injectors to balance out the change.. if not I have an HKS Super AFR sitting around that I was thining about pluggin in if need be.
Anything rbvious I'm missing please let me know.. I usually use the search button it's 6 am and I've yet to sleep so I'm being lazy ..

thanks in advance.

It's late/early and I haven't slept either. The AFM should have it covered.
