Question Searched DENSO 195130-1020/ need help

I have searched this forum and a few others regarding this pump. I also have googled this. I have found that the pump is referenced as the stock supra pump as well as an upgrade to the stock supra pump. I also have seen the the pump has two flow rates and then the common flow rate of 280lph

What is the deal with this. I also tried to look up the part number that is referenced with Denso and the number is no good.

Reading post on line with many other forums, it is said to handle 600 hp. Is this true. If so, then I could us one for my car and be safe to get low 400rwhp on my car right?

any help would be great.
