There's a guy here in NY who had a shop help him with his car. He bought a universal type kit, and the shop did the welding. It came out very well. PM me if you want me to find out more.

Greg Nice...

Greg... Vanishing point race cars are awesome, they are expensive for your average person including meeeee... but they are reallly awesome. this is where my Rx3 is getting finished at. Greg I too had the same problem. tired of waiting, especially when the guy that started my chassis was just being lazy.(he had no backed up work and wouldn't finish my car). so I took it to vanishing point. here is the site, check them out.. www.vpracecars.com in Telford PA.

Ill check them out and see how much they want. Thanks. I am still price contious cause I am not a baller like Judge Ito. All I need is a simple backhalf job and a new roll cage. I can do the tinwork my friggen self. witing on hookups definately has its drawbacks. I have to get my cage redone cause when I did it the first time I had the guy use epoxy to make it look cleaner. I didnt know that the rules said that they had to see the physical welds. I would like to go to jay but my pockets arent thick enough for that. He does do some dope work though, and i love his driver cage. You think that I should but the backhalf weld in kit and get it installed and aligned? How would the quality be? I was talking to a guy from north NY and he said that his setup is legal to 7.5 segs.

Anything on the kit theory? Cause Chassis engineering makes a Rear Subframe for the FC and I could use that and get it installed.
