I use B9EGV NGKs - they work well for me. Gap them to 0.3 mm

you will need to grind down a spark plug socket though to get them in as the nut shaped part of the plug will sit inside the sleeve of the rotor housing.

How much boost do you want to run? With your mods, I would be looking at 10s leading, 9s trailing at a minimum. You can go with the stock 9s trailing and NGK BR10EIX leading, stock gap. You do need a ground-down socket to use these (or the non-iridium BGVs).

why not do it right and just get the 11.5's? of course they are expensive but thats the plug to have Or you can get some 11's http://sparkplugs.com/results_cross....11EGV&x=46&y=5 for 5.xx a piece

If you running a standard motor just use new standard plugs.
If you have a ported engine you should be using colder plugs anyway.
(Colder - take heat away from plug tip , Hotter - keep heat on the plug tip)

It's strictly about the amount of power you want to run. As a base, stick to BUR9EQ's all around. But, I understand the B10EGV's for the leadings work well for street use and are slightly colder plugs than 9's.

Technically, all 9's all around will work, having done it on those loads, but it might behoove you to use NNGK R6725105 (10.5) plugs in the leadings, especially if you are not using any type of AI system that will yield cooler charge temps over and above what an intercooler will do. Remember, on a dyno, things work differently so if you ever find yourself with the car on there, be prepared for it. Everything heat soaks, the IC isn't as effective, and generally things will be hotter.
