Assuming a good launch and crisp shifting what 1/8th and 1/4 mile times can be expected with the following scenario:
1991 RX7 NA with the following mods:
Apex N1 dual exaust
intake cone
underdrive pulleys
MD racing chip (supposed to add 20 hp)
RPS clutch
pineapple racing sleeves
bonez superflo cat system
bridgeport
top of the line Cooper tires on stock rims?
Me and another person are arguing on what it could run. What do you guys think..........

One good ansewer here.
I would say mid to low 14s with practice. With no street port I would say high 14s. Mild streetport would yeild minimal gains like around 15 hp with the other mods.
So mid 14s sounds right. A big streetport people have done 13.9 with weight reduction but stock weight like bambam and someone else on here have done low 14s. Infact bambam with his very mild port with everything else gave him 167hp at the wheels wich is just over 200hp crank.
As far as the 1/8 mile WITHOUT the streetport I would assume a 9.6 and 9.3-9.5 with. These times are pretty accurate. What would a stealths time be in the 1/8..That is the ?.

Thats in the 1/8. Most of the other posts listed are talking about 1/4 mile.
8.7 in the 1/8 is about 13.5 in the 1/4
10 in the 1/8 is about 15.5 in the 1/4
BTW - I have no idea what a n/a 7 would run

10.2 for an N/A under perfect conditions (seen it at the drags)...One guy here brags that he did a 10.1. Most people I have seen do mid 10s and even 11s. Thier car just aint runnin right I tell them.

Hey 91rex...wanna play a little game?
Next time at the drags I will bet that Stealth TT will NOT get a 8.5 in the 1/8 mile. Ask Stealth if hes going on the 27 or whenver it is. Im betting closer to 8.9 or higher but that is still wooping on all the imports so dont think im putting him down..His car bones out I just want to have a bet for fun.
