Oil injectors

I am building my first 13b for a Austin Healey Sprite. I have a 6 port n/a that I am putting a holley on to. My question is do I need to tap a few holes for the oil injectos into the intake and where do I need to put the oil linkage?

Question 2 Can I use a 12a or early 13b ignition?

I would avoid the hassle and run Pre-mix

DickC-
Contract me off-list at mwarner@noao.edu. I'd like to learn more about your 13b Sprite conversion. I've got a Bugeye that I'm going to convert, and would like to hear what you're doing.

Not sure how much you know about the RX-7 or the 13B engine, but if you are using the manifold that Mazda made for the 13B, you don't need to tap holes for the oil injectors, it has holes for that already. Download the RX-7 factory service manual for free at www.iluvmyrx7.com and you can read the engine chapter. Each chapter is a PDF file so if you don't have a RX-7 you can just download the engine chapter if you want. If you have an engine from a 84-85 RX-7, you want to click on the "1st Generation" section of that web site to find the manual for the proper year. If you have a 86-92 engine, click on the "2nd Generation" and if the engine is 93+ its a "3rd Generation". This way you will get the right reading material for the engine you have because each year generation of car had subtle differences in the engine.

Hope this helps. If I'm telling you stuff you already know, then sorry for wasting your time.
