Finally it seems like the new rule revisions for the 2004 season in the all-motor class are favoring the 2-rotor racers. The weight minimum have been decreased to 1900lbs, a 50lbs savings and also after market tranny penalities have been decreased by 50lbs. In total it's a 100lb decreased in weight over the end of the 2003 season weight rules. Plus there are more weight penalities for the FWD's depending on engine displacement. Now if they are going to enforce the rules is another story.
