Looking for power figures

This is my first post, I think I've looked everywhere on the site for this info, but if I've missed it, I'm sorry. Obviously a turbo can make higher power than NA. I am not a mechanical genius and don't want to mess with turbos. I'm getting ready to have my engine ported and also a light flywheel. Already have full exhaust with no cats and cold intake. I am hoping for four numbers (ballpark of course). Absolute maximum power when money isn't an issue, the builder really knows what he is doing, and reliability isn't really an issue ( for turbo and NA); and power when "bang for the buck" matters, reliability is important, and rebuilding engines left and right is not in the plan ( for turbo and NA).
Yes I know there are lots and lots of variables, so I stress that round numbers are just fine.
I am asking because I know alot of people that one week they are bragging about how much boost they are running, the next complaining about how much the damage is going to cost to fix.
Thanks in advance.
