well for one thing i think idrc is already feeling some heat! comparing the attendance of the events i went to last year and with this year there is a big difference. i also notice alot of the "big shots" don't attend their events anymore. the way i see it everyone is going to nira for competition. their rules are very fair especially with the displacement figures. for one i never liked this focus from day one! the damn car has a $3k+ titanium bellhousing which is probably the cheapest component on the whole f*cking car. also it use 4.7 liters of displacement, image a rotary with that kind of displacement then guess who would be screaming for a rule change! all it come down to is that ford has all the dough in the world to back this car while we have guys from puerto rico saying sponsor who? that's right they fund their own cars and run right with that car. the worse thing is that engine is not availible for the focus or other ford car platforms, but everyone else runs the same or slightly bigger engines to their respected cars!
