Looks very nice! Although, in images three and four, did tyhe dremel slip and slide across the face into the inner coolant seal?

I'll hopefully get a set of bunk endplates to practice with soon... I've always been curious about how far you can take the runners due to the coolant passages, I dont really know how much material you have to work with around the ports.

Post more pics, I love seeing portwork in the making.

yea the dremel slipped on me, but i went to go get the carbide drill bit for the dremel, and wow how easier it is to guide the tool now. ports come out alot better... I see you live in clermont, i just recently moved to Casselberry... im doing the port on my apt patio, now if thats not puerto rican style i dunno what is....lol

Nice job on the port outlet for it being your first time. Now, concentrate on the transition from the port runner to the outlet as well as the runner. Remember, bigger is not always better.

Thnx BDC, im not really porting much in the runners, seeing that im keeping the intake port the same to port match the manifold... so im just really polishing more then just porting the runners, but i will be porting crazy on the throttle body, like i did on shoffoffs motor which i hear worked great for him on his dyno numbers

Good size on the exhaust port. Do not go any taller or wider with it. Earlier opening of the exhaust port yields less torque per stroke. Although I've got mixed feelings about their efficacy, I recommend adding a small closing edge bevel to the port.
