What are you needing to know. I am running 2 1600cc injectors per channel on my Haltech E11V2. If you are asking about the stock ECU then i don't know if you can get away with it. What ECU are you running?

stock for now

i now you can use the ecu as a trigger, but what to wire in to not let the ecu take all the load

i have read that you can use saturated injectors on a 86-88 rx7 if you remove the resistor. stating that amps FOR PEAK AND hold is up to 4amps and the saturated are 1 to 1.5 amps . in theory it should not fry the ecu with the lower amps. is it in the ohm's that will destroy what i am tring to do?

as long as you keep the AMPs around what the stock single injector will draw you should be ok...

14v/15ohms = .93 amps

so if i remove the resistor pack and run 2 13 ohm injectors per single 3 ohm injector, the ecu will trigger ground and the stock main relay that powers the injectors will not short. or should i use a 10-30 amp relay and seperate the power?

the goal is to use 2 smaller injectors instead of 1 stock injector

hence that the ohms law states that the 13 ohm injector uses less amps than the 3 ohm injector

am i on the same page?

All the ECU need to "see" is 13 ohms of resistance per channel.

One high impedance fuel injector at 13 ohms,

One low impedance fuel injector at 3 ohms plus one resistor at 10 ohms = 13ohms,

Two low impedance fuel injectors at 3 ohms each plus one resistor at 7 ohms = 13 ohms.

I ran the two injectors plus the resistor for over a year with on problems on a stock ECU.

NO! If you use two high impedance injectors per circuit, you will burn out the injector drivers in the ECU. You have to keep the ohms between 12 to 14, total per circuit.

can we get a little more info an what it is your doing? Why do you need something other than stock injectors on the stock ECU. Why must you use two high impedance injectors?

FYI. the relay has NOTHING to do with this. When you turn the key on the relay gives FULL TIME power. the injectors ground is inside the ECU and this is where the limit is. There are two ways to wire high the injectors, when using high impedance you will fry the ECU or there will not be power to open them properly.

i wanted to use mutiple smaller injectors in a custom intake set-up

i will just have to find low-z injectors
