I took thier measurements from thier website, and its the same dimensions as a 13B GSL-SE oil pan.
I'm thinking about getting one for my T2 motor going in my GSL-SE.
But I'm not sure how close the pan would fit into a 2nd gen for the Front sump one, the other the rear sump is for tube frame conversions.

The Moroso oil pan cannot fit in any of the stock Mazda chassis. The dumm asses used a Toyota Starlet and a Datsun 1200 chassis to design it. My friend bought one for a rx-3 and it could not fit.
Greg it was not designed for the 2nd gen rx-7's chassis.

The front of the Moroso oil pan don't angle rearwards like the stock one so it don't clear the crossmember.

Chris, is this oil pan worth modification to the front subframe to get it to work or will the stock oil pan due, I take it that you can always make a custom one from alum right.

Greg!
What makes it a little more difficult for the FC chassis is the fact that the passenger side engine mount bolts to the bottom of the motor through the oil pan.
