I dyno'd 500+ on 111 with a street port, and a turbo half that size. A PT67 with a 1.00 split hotside P, or Q trim will easily make that power, and the irons are not a limiting factor. 50 more HP on my set-up (.81 P trim) would be cake for Drag, my car is set-up for road racing, and will be ~480rwhp @ 20 psi. I think there are a few guys over 600 for drag. Carl

Im at 480rwhp on my S4 Engine..not pinned nothing fancy...i should be in the mid 500s once i go back to the dyno. the S4 irons are pretty strong, you have anything to worry about.

My ears are burning -- yep, the S4 block is plenty strong. It will do the power.

ive heard there is a weak spot on the rear iron as well, thats why on the s5 instead of the iron having a 90 degree bend it has a chamfer or a little angle piece for renforcement

I had problems @ 400hp but I did have the stock ecu @ the time, you should be OK , as long as you keep the timing under control.
